Warranty Coverage:

Our 12-month manufacturing warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that may arise during the normal use of the e-bike. This includes but is not limited to issues with the frame, motor, battery, and other essential components of the e-bike.

Warranty Terms:

  1. Duration: The warranty period begins from the date of purchase and extends for 12 months.

  2. Eligibility: The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser of the e-bike and is non-transferable.

  3. Product Registration: We strongly recommend registering your e-bike on our website within 30 days of purchase to ensure a smooth warranty claim process. Please keep a copy of the purchase receipt for warranty verification purposes.

  4. Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damages caused by:

    • Improper assembly, installation, or maintenance.
    • Accidents, misuse, or negligence.
    • Modification or alterations to the e-bike.
    • Normal wear and tear, including tire wear.
    • Use of the e-bike for commercial purposes.
    • Acts of nature, such as floods, earthquakes, or lightning strikes.
  5. Warranty Claim Procedure: If you encounter any issues covered by this warranty, please follow these steps:

  7. Return Shipping: If a return shipment is required during the warranty process, we will cover the shipping expenses within Ireland.
