Post-Shipment Cancellation: If your order has already been shipped, and you are eligible for a refund according to our Return and Refund Policy, we will process the refund after receiving and inspecting the returned e-bike. The refund amount may be subject to deductions for any applicable return shipping costs and restocking fees.
